# Ticket 01 closeout record
Date: 2026-10-03. The user accepted the documented implementation and expressly requested ticket closure, commit, push and cleanup. Ticket 01 is closed locally on that instruction. Original Windows runtime acceptance remains **verification-incomplete**; OpenSpec Task 1.1 and original communication Tasks 4.2/4.4 remain unchecked. The coordinating change is active and is not archived.
## Scope and identity
- Repository: `meeting-assistant`; authorized delivery target: `fork/codex/macos-support`.
- Fixed delivery/review base: `1b19b08f2e62398661dc24692ce4b776e90e715f`, incorporating five remote commits after the initial implementation base `1164c26846686c1912fd1816cd06de80352e9504`.
- Final substantive review covers 52 files: the existing macOS communication prerequisite, Ticket 01 tests/verifier/CI, their specifications/documentation and the five-line communication correction in the existing desktop owner specification. Other future parity additions in that mixed owner file remain excluded. The exact write set and file checksums are in `artifacts/tests/ticket01/closeout/reviewed-content-v2.sha256`; SHA-256 `147f83cfe076e27aa5ff29eedc8e9084e2b2e9ee39f9c7ab8a5d834100a0928d`.
- Fixed final review diff SHA-256: `6a9e70bb5dcf0e20f19dd029bdd251f14e528d03037a0a35140254b03066a28b`; retained as `artifacts/tests/ticket01/closeout/review-final-v2.diff`. The prior 51-file manifest/diff remain retained and attributable in the reviewer receipts.
- The [current 295-file code manifest](windows-test-assurance-content.sha256) has SHA-256 `19d7f4afae918d1fc3df24bb400e27ade2546d00d94d071467191dc3525bed00`. It serves a broader source-correspondence purpose than the 51-file changed-content review manifest.
- Generated evidence, review receipts and this completion record are outside the substantive identity, avoiding self-referential hashes. Original communication evidence is retained as dated history.
- Other preexisting parity-owner specification/task edits, personal runtime configuration, ignored files and live meeting state are excluded and preserved. No application restart or deployment is authorized or performed.
The candidate is substantive code/configuration, so independent structural review is required. An isolated checkout permits concrete preparation without mixing the excluded working changes into a commit. Publication of the preexisting communication prerequisite awaits the separately requested scope decision; the ticket alone depends on its uncommitted types and registrations.
## Requirements evidence
Sources: Ticket 01; `platform-parity-verification` requirements PARITY-TEST-01, PARITY-TEST-02 and PARITY-EVIDENCE-01; the existing `desktop-user-requests` specification. The detailed [implementation evidence](windows-test-assurance-evidence.md) separates current, historical and unavailable results. Current verification commands and inputs are retained in `artifacts/tests/ticket01/closeout/receipt.md`.
| Requirement | Expected and observed | State |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Portable target/composition | Explicit matching TFMs; actual HTTP and registered-service guard passes on macOS and Linux. Current full discovery/TRX has 641 matching cases, 639 passed, 2 reasoned Windows skips, 0 failed. | Verified |
| Windows target/composition | Matching Windows TFMs, x64/WPF and conditional registrations compile normally. Runtime guard cannot execute on the available macOS host. | Compile verified; execution open |
| Five Outlook assertions | Checker requires agenda, normalized attendees and all three cancellation cases discovered and passed. Empty/omitted/failed/skipped fixtures are rejected. Actual Windows discovery produces no cases because its x64 host is unavailable. | Runtime unverified |
| Honest skips | Both early returns are replaced. Actual TRX contains capability-specific skip reasons; compatible-host assertions remain in the test bodies. | Incompatible-host verified; Windows assertions open |
| Normal Windows build | Both application and test targets build with 0 errors and no resource suppression. Remote core `H.NotifyIcon` correction removes unused WinUI/WindowsAppSDK/MSIX/PRI dependencies. These are actual normal cross-builds on macOS, not Windows/Wine execution. | Cross-build verified; runner execution open |
| Separate evidence | Portable/Windows CI jobs select explicit targets, retain named discovery/TRX/build logs and use one fail-closed C# verifier. Current workflow operation/upload has not been observed. | Implementation verified; CI operation open |
| Historical/native boundaries | Old 602-pass baseline remains unchanged. Current native helper self-tests pass all seven groups; Linux focus remains 15 passed/7 reasoned skips. Native notification/menu UI acceptance remains with its owner. | History preserved; stated limits retained |
The verifier's 38 fixture cases test evidence rejection rather than Windows execution. Actual current portable artifacts also pass the CLI checker. All 294 verification inputs matched before and after the final runs. Initial Linux/native coverage is carried forward through unchanged relevant source; historical MakePri failure is explicitly attributed to the superseded package graph. The final owner-scenario correction was verified against existing passed timeout/cancellation, workflow and project tests plus the native dismissal handler, without repeating the suite; its receipt addendum and `contract-delta-proof.txt` preserve that bounded verification. Actual native UI interaction remains open.
## Standards coverage and reviewers
Rule sources: repository `AGENTS.md`, OpenSpec configuration/relevant specifications, the implement/change-accepted/code-review workflow and the user's C#/.NET preference.
| Coverage | Owner |
| --- | --- |
| Repeated knowledge, shared request lifecycle, native transport/window reuse, common test fixture/verifier ownership | DRY |
| Public contracts, lifetimes/cancellation, adapter/DI/native boundaries, background-service isolation and fail-closed evidence behavior | SOLID |
| Minimal structure, naming/readability, documentation/entry points, active-change ownership and remaining manual repository standards | KISS |
| Compilation, real named test outcomes, native helper checks and strict specifications | Reused/current verification receipt |
| YAML parsing, all 18 embedded Bash blocks and whitespace | Recorded automated syntax/diff checks |
Independent reviewers ran sequentially with fresh contexts. They inspected the fixed diff and nearby implementations; no generic additional review was added. Receipts preserve each reviewer's provenance and explicit unavailable Windows/native/CI coverage.
- [DRY receipt](review-receipts/dry.md): clean, no actionable finding; initial code/spec coverage, final CI/documentation delta and the owner-scenario delta.
- [SOLID receipt](review-receipts/solid.md): clean, no actionable finding; owner-scenario delta checked with original coverage retained.
- [KISS receipt](review-receipts/kiss.md): clean after resolving KISS-01, the inconsistent old automatic-approval scenario. The repair touched five specification lines only; earlier requirements/DRY/SOLID coverage was refreshed through their same owners before final KISS approval.
## Final state and delivery
### Pipeline consolidation — 2026-10-06
The user requested all pipeline changes on `codex/macos-support` and explicitly included the required test files. The existing communication prerequisites needed by those tests are included in this delivery. The Windows/portable test-target work and crop checks are combined with the latest KVM/NoAVX/RAW native CI controller. Separate future parity-owner planning and backend speech fixtures are preserved outside this delivery.
Current local verification has 655 discovered portable cases, 653 passed, two reasoned Windows-only skips and no failures, including all five mandatory native macOS facts. The Windows application/test target builds normally with zero errors and four existing NAudio deprecation warnings. Dynamic native discovery/TRX validation replaces the obsolete 577-case gate and verifies the new signed desktop app path. Both native offline contract suites and strict OpenSpec validation passed. Historical reviews and manifests below retain their original scope and identity; these new results do not establish remote Wine execution, native Ubuntu/macOS full CI, or operational notification/backend acceptance.
Available requirements evidence is current and all three sequential structural reviews are complete for the 52-file identity; no unresolved binding finding remains. The original full Windows criteria remain verification-incomplete. Ticket closure follows the user's explicit acceptance rather than manufacturing those missing results. No OpenSpec task is checked solely from ticket closure or portable counts.
Commit/push is authorized for Ticket 01 on `fork/codex/macos-support`. The separately prepared communication prerequisite requires the pending scope answer before publication. No commit or push has yet occurred. The isolated delivery worktree remains needed until that decision. Approximately 4.3 GB of obsolete source/build snapshots were removed after retaining all original/current proof artifacts and the prerequisite preview; the rejected temporary credential helper was also removed. The prepared source checkout is approximately 10 MB. The primary checkout, unrelated dirty work and required evidence are retained.
