1. Implementation

• Add speaker identity reference storage and schema creation.
• Replace transcript-count ordering and match candidate data with calculated reference counts.
• Record meeting note/transcript references when final identity processing matches or creates an identity.
• Append transcript audit lines when identities are named or merged.

2. Verification

• Add/adjust behavior tests for references, calculated counts, naming audit lines, and merge audit lines.
• Run focused speaker identity tests.
• Run openspec validate add-speaker-identity-references --strict.
