2. Verification and Documentation

• 2.1 Document macOS permissions, build packaging, and recording behavior.
• 2.2 Capture and inspect a short example mixed WAV through the new implementation.
• 2.3 Run focused tests, portable tests/build, Windows-target regression compilation, strict OpenSpec validation, and refactoring/code review.
